Afghan cauldron
Equipped with a safety valve and a steam-release valve. Do not fill above 2/3 of its capacity. It works on the same principle as a pressure cooker, with a 3–8 mm thick body made from a strong aluminium alloy. The Afghan cauldron cooks food faster than conventional methods.
A flat skimmer for cauldrons of 4–8 litres. Skimmer length: 40 cm; steel thickness: 2 mm; working head diameter: 11 cm. Material: stainless steel and varnished wood.
