Use and safety
The cauldron is designed for cooking under pressure.
According to the current product description, it can be used on open flames, gas and electric hobs. It is not suitable for induction hobs.
Do not exceed the maximum fill level specified in the manufacturer’s instructions. The current product description recommends filling the cauldron to no more than 2/3 of its capacity.
Before use, check that the valves work correctly, the silicone gasket is in good condition, and the lid is properly secured.
Do not open the cauldron while it is still under pressure.
